TAURUS ACQUIRES DOWNTOWN TORONTO OFFICE BUILDING - 111 PETER STREET - FOR $39 MILLION
Taurus Investment Holdings LLC and its subsidiary, Taurus Canada Investments, announced today the recent closing on the purchase of the former Fashion Building, 111 Peter Street, Toronto, Ontario. The nine-storey, 252,000 square foot office building is ideally situated in the popular Theatre District, minutes from the downtown core. "Taurus purchased the building because of its prime location and potential to enhance the asset's value through leasing and internal management," said Managing Partner, Dennis Porter. The purchase price of the building was $39,750,000 and the lender is Penmor Investment Services Ltd.
