As Managing Director of Greece, Andreas is responsible for deal sourcing and financing in the Greek real estate market, including the acquisition, purchasing, permitting for development, and selling of land on the Greek island of Milos. The project will focus on leveraging the lack of large developable lots of land in Greece with opportunities for luxury residential and resort usage. Andreas will continue to source future opportunities in the Greek Real Estate Market for Taurus Investors.

Andreas Metaxa is a founder, managing director and president of several property companies and is involved in project conceptualization, property acquisition, management and development of numerous real estate investments that have an excess value of 250 million Euros.  He is currently leading the development of the Soneva Nisi Resort & Six Senses Spa, which is the first 6* resort in Europe.

Prior Experience
Andreas has over 15 years experience in the residential, commercial, industrial and resort hotel development industry in Greece, and has been responsible for the conceptualization, marketing, design development and financing of numerous R/E projects.
