The Newbury Street Aggregation Program I is a venture between Taurus, Anglo Irish Bank, and Urban Meritage, to purchase properties in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. Back Bay is one of the premier retail, housing, and office locations, not only in the United States, but worldwide. Often compared to Rodeo Drive, Newbury Street attracts tourists and city-goers to shop, work, and live. To date, Taurus has acquired 22 properties as part of the Program. The aggregation of these properties allows for better and more efficient management, and provides unique branding and marketing opportunities for tenants.
