The Boston office, the headquarters of Taurus Investment Holdings, consists of Taurus New England Investments (TNE), Taurus Capital Markets (TCM), Taurus Capital Funding (TCF), Taurus Corporate Properties (TCP), and Taurus Management Services (TMS). The Asset Management and Acquisitions Team source properties for purchase and carry out feasibility analysis, origination, underwriting, financing and closing of transactions.

Taurus New England Investments is active in the Greater Boston and New England real estate markets, and has bought and sold millions of square feet of investments since 1997. TNE focuses on acquiring and developing value-add and opportunistic real estate across all major asset categories, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality and land development.

Taurus Capital Markets develops and manages European and US institutional relationships. While continuing to serve as a facilitator to Taurus's global efforts, TCM has also built a track record as a successful real estate investor and manager both domestically and abroad.

Taurus Capital Funding is responsible for initiating and managing equity private placements within the United States. TCF is a registered Broker Dealer, and member firm of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Industry Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Taurus Corporate Properties acquires and manages single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through corporate sale-leasebacks and third party transactions. TCP's goal is to build strategic relationships with corporations and operators seeking sale-leaseback financing; and to provide private and public companies with certainty and superior speed of execution and flexibility in structuring transactions.

Taurus Management Services is a full service property management group that combines both property and asset management functions for an integrated approach to asset ownership. TMS' daily operations extend beyond the typical tasks of property management, including tenant relations, leasing, project oversight, development programs, capital planning and financing activities.
