Johnson & Associates ("CRJA"). The property is located along the Kennedy Greenway in the heart of Boston's Financial District with direct access to Interstate 93 and the Waterfront. Taurus completed a major renovation to the 109 Broad Street building as CRJA's corporate headquarters. Taurus sold this asset in March of 2007 realizing a 6.67% IRR.
