148 State Street is an 11-story, 64,209-square-foot Class B office building, located in the heart of the Boston's Financial District. Taurus purchased this art deco office building in 2000 in a joint venture with Public Consulting Group ("PCG"), with the intent of completing a phased, multi-year renovation, and re-tenanting of the majority of the building as PCG's corporate headquarters. Taurus sold this project to PCG after the renovation was complete in late 2004, realizing a 12.86% IRR. Taurus Management Group continues to manage the property for PCG.
