25 Newport Avenue is a 95,000-square-foot Class A office building located in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Taurus New England acquired this property in 2001, along with its sister property at 100 Newport Avenue. At the time of acquisition, both 25 and 100 Newport Avenue were occupied by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Upon the expiration of Blue Cross' lease in 2005, Taurus sold 100 Newport Avenue and leased 100% of 25 Newport Avenue, with approximately 90% occupied by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
