419 South Broadway is a 60,000-square-foot retail building located in Salem, New Hampshire. This property was acquired as part of the Furniture World liquidation in 2007. The property is very well located at a signalized intersection on Route 28, along a major retail corridor in southern New Hampshire. Taurus is currently exploring options to renovate the property for more up-sale retail development, or to possibly demolish the existing building to make way for a new retail facility. Taurus conducted major interior and exterior renovations of the property and has been successful in leasing much of the space to a variety of retail tenants.
