In 2003, Taurus acquired GreatWoods Marketplace ("GreatWoods"), a grocery-anchored shopping center located approximately 30 miles southwest of Boston, in Norton, Massachusetts. Taurus executed a leasing program to bring GreatWoods to 100% occupancy, with approximately 60% of the tenants being national retailers. This asset was sold in 2005.
