The property was developed by Taurus in partnership with Pyramid Partners in 1999. The hotel consists of a total of 125 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suite units. The facility has a reception area, hearth room, meeting room, fitness center, indoor pool, and whirlpool. This project was sold in 2004, realizing a 3.36% IRR.
