Program (STAP) I

Launched in 2003, STAP I was a targeted venture that sought to capitalize on the arbitrage opportunity created by pricing inefficiency in the single tenant net lease real estate marketplace. Total invested capital in the program was approximately $14.5 million for the six assets purchased by Taurus, with a realized total project pre-tax IRR of 27.85% upon disposition in August 2005.
