Taurus Opportunity Program I LP ("TOP I") was formed in May, 2008 to acquire distressed and opportunistic real estate assets and land positions requiring repositioning through the permitting process. It offers investors the opportunity to participate in a pool of likely off-market transactions of institutional quality assets. TOP I currently owns three assets: 95 Billerica Avenue, Billerica, MA; 300 Riverpark Drive and 400 Riverpark Drive, North Reading, MA, totaling 425,500 square feet of office, light industrial, and warehouse space, all acquired in 2008.
