As a Property Manager for Taurus Management Services since December 2003, Michael has been responsible for the operation and asset management of approximately 1,477,482 square feet of office/industrial space. Michael handles the overall daily management of a class A tower with 353,482 square feet of office space, and a 100-unit parking garage. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, fielding all tenant and vendor calls, overseeing maintenance staff, negotiating all vendor contracts, preparing and monitoring annual operating and capital budgets, monthly financial reporting, tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, tenant construction, and building improvements. Special projects include the due diligence process for the purchase or sale of assigned properties.
