Taurus has entered into an agreement with the Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires, Argentina) to develop and operate the first university research park in the country. The university contributes with the land and Taurus finances 100% of the park infrastructure and four Insignia buildings. The project includes the development of 260,000 square meters of land and more than 160,000 square meters of offices, laboratories, retail and related facilities, including four Insignia buildings totaling approximately 12,000 square meters.

The site lies opposite to the Universidad Austral's IAE Business School and the newly constructed Hospital Austral. The project includes the construction of four Insignia buildings, each one totaling approximately 3,000 square meters. Three buildings have been constructed and two of them are currently in operation.
