Grand West is a planned 40-acre light industrial/commercial development located in Grand Junction, Colorado. The site benefits from the growing presence of the oil and gas business in western Colorado. The demand for industrial land is strong, leading to rising demand for commercial and retail services. Construction of the infrastructure was completed in late 2007, and since then, more than 60% of the land has closed. Construction of businesses will begin in the later part of 2008.
