Mesa Point Plaza is a Class B retail shopping center located in Clifton, a suburb of Grand Junction, Colorado. This property of 84,000 square feet is anchored by Cactus Canyon, a nationally known country western night club. The center was originally designed for a grocery anchored user that was not successful. When it was purchased, the primary anchors were a church, a Burger King restaurant, and several local tenants.
