Aved Electronics Inc., a battery pack producer, has leased 36,477 square feet at 95 Billerica Ave. in Billerica.

Aved will relocate its manufacturing headquarters from 59 Technology Drive in Lowell in April, according to a statement. The move represents a 10,000-square-foot expansion for the company.

Colliers Meredith & Grew’s Matthew Daniels and Brian Tisbert represented Aved in the lease transaction. Jason Levendusky and Mark Reardon of CB Richard Ellis New England represented the landlord, Taurus Investment Holdings LLC.

«This transaction identified a long-term solution for Aved’s growth plans,» said Tisbert.

The 95 Billerica Ave. building is two stories and 75,500 square feet.
