As Property Manager for the Taurus Management Group, H. Terry Parker is responsible for the daily management of over 900,000 s.f. of office/industrial space in Jacksonville, Florida. Terry handles the overall daily management of the assigned portfolio, including fielding tenant calls, managing vendors and contractors, overseeing the maintenance and administrative staff and negotiating service contracts.
