Joint venture buys buildings, land in Research Park

Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners and Taurus Investment Holdings are at it again.
In their fourth co-investment joint venture, the two companies have purchased three existing office/flex buildings and 27 acres of development land in Orlando's Central Florida Research Park near the University of Central Florida.
In the past two years, Greenstreet/Niosi and Taurus have completed joint venture acquisitions of real estate valued at more than $75 million.
Based in Boston, Taurus is a real estate investment firm with four regional offices in the United States and Canada, as well as a European office in Munich, Germany. The firm has a Winter Park office.
