Taurus Orlando

Taurus Orlando is home to the Taurus Accounting Department, the Internal Operations Team and the International Business Development Team. The Accounting Department works closely with property managers to generate monthly accounting reports for Taurus managed properties, conduct formal property-level audits, and release annual financial statements. The Internal Operations Team manages communication between Taurus's wide-ranging business operations and locations; and the International Development Team facilitates the diverse needs of our foreign investors and partners.

Taurus Orlando also purchases, manages, and sells commercial land, offices, and industrial and flex tech assets throughout the Southern United States. The focus is on the Florida market with numerous properties in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville as well as activity in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, a submarket of El Paso, Texas. The Orlando office manages twenty projects, totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet of space, and develop vertical facilities that cater to high technology industries.
