Beltway Commerce Center is located at the intersection of SR 417 (the Greeneway) and Lee Vista Blvd. in Southeast Orlando. This mixed-use project is planned for approximately 375,000 square feet of retail, 500,000 square feet of Class "A" and garden-style office, 618,000 square feet of office/flex space, and 945,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space. The Lee Vista Blvd. extension was executed to provide access to the 74 acre industrial parcel that was sold to Taurus Industrial Development and, upon certificate of completion on over 700,000 square feet of speculative dock high industrial product, was then sold to ProLogis.
The project has an impressive stretch of highway frontage and provides for direct access to SR 417. This Class "A" Business Park will offer an amenity package unequaled elsewhere in Southeast Orlando.
