Contractors Business Park

CBP is responsible for the development of a Master Planned business park designed primarily for contractors, vendors and suppliers in the building and construction trade. This innovative prototype has been a tremendous success for both its tenants and real estate investors.

The first project, in Pompano Beach, Florida, consists of eight buildings, seven for sale - totaling 147,000 sf as well as one 50,000 sf Wholesale/Service Building available for lease. Along with amenities such as an on-site fuel station, conference and training center, and vending services, the park provides contractor and wholesalers secure, clean, and cost-effective office and warehouse space. The lease building is earmarked for industry specific distributors who wish to be close to their customers.

The park's success has paved the way for expansion to additional locations, for example on 19 acres in West Palm Beach, Florida, consisting of 270,000 sf in eleven buildings. As the concept expands throughout the Southeast, parks are being developed in Orlando and Tampa.
