The Taurentas Portfolio is a six asset diversified net lease portfolio acquired for $50 million in August 2005 and offered to investors seeking long-term stable cash flow. Two of the assets are office buildings, two are retail properties, and two are industrial properties. The assets are located in the Northeast, Midwest, South, and South Central regions of the United States. The portfolio consists primarily of single - tenant net leased properties with an underlying portfolio strategy to mitigate the concentration risk through diversification on a geographic, property type, lease expiration, and tenant industry basis.
