As Managing Director of Northern Florida, Jeff McFadden is responsible for the day-to-day management of Taurus Orlando, including new development, redevelopment, portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, property management, project financing, leasing, and various other development-related activities. Since joining Taurus Orlando in 2004, Jeff has structured and closed more than $250 million in transactions for Taurus. During his 25+ years working in commercial real estate, Jeff has been consistently recognized as a leader in the Central Florida market, and has been involved in more than $1 billion of commercial transactions.
