Sea Star moving to Deerwood Park
Sea Star Line LLC has signed a 10-year, 30,018-square-foot lease for its new company headquarters at the Greystone Park office complex on Deerwood Park Boulevard.
Jacksonville-based Sea Star Line is a privately held company that provides integrated transportation services to and from the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean Islands of Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Maarten and Tortola.
The company is expected to move into its new space in June. It is now based on Bell Tell Way, off Atlantic Boulevard.
Bruce Jackson of CB Richard Ellis represented Sea Star Line in its new lease. CBRE's Traci Jenks and Peter Ramsey represented the landlord, Taurus Southern Investments LLC.
Winter Park-based Taurus Southern moved into the Northeast Florida market when it acquired four Jacksonville office parks with a total of 698,501 square feet of rentable area for more than $70 million in 2006.
