TAURUS BUYS BILLERICA PROPERTY

Taurus Investment Holdings LLC purchased 95 Billerica Ave. in Billerica, Mass., from Y-Cee Investments. The property was purchased by an affiliate of Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings for $2.85 million. The transaction was handled by CB Richard Ellis/New England.

The building at 95 Billerica Ave. is a 75,500-square-foot building on 13.1 acres. The building is in shell condition and could be leased to office, flex, light assembly, and lab tenants. CB Richard Ellis was hired to lease the building.

Since it was founded in 1976, Taurus has purchased and sold more than 20 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, residential and hotel assets. Boston-based Taurus has 14 offices in the United States and eight across the globe.
