
Taurus Southern marks new 30,018sf Jax lease

JACKSONVILLE – Jeff K. McFadden, SIOR, managing partner of Taurus Southern Investments LLC, announced that Sea Star Line LLC has signed a 10-year, 30,018sf lease for its new company headquarters at Taurus Southern’s Greystone Park office complex on Deerwood Park Boulevard.
Traci Jenks and Peter Ramsey of CB Richard Ellis’ Jacksonville office represented Taurus Southern. Bruce Jackson of CBRE represented the tenant.
Sea Star Line LLC is a privately help company providing integrated transportation services to and from the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean islands of Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Maarten and Tortola.
The company’s ships are built and registered in the United States, fly the U.S. flag and employ American crews.
Greystone Park is a seven-building, 212,240sf park acquired by Taurus Southern from Phillips & Company in June 2006. Since entering Florida in 1976, its parent company Taurus Investment Holdings LLC, has purchased and sold more than 10 msf of commercial space.
