Taurus pays $39.75M for downtown Toronto office building 12/21/2007

Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC has acquired the former Fashion Building in downtown Toronto, Ontario for $39.75 million from a Toronto-based private investor.

Financing for the acquisition was provided by Vancouver-based Penmor Investment Services Ltd.

The nine-story office building is located at 111 Peter St. in Toronto's Theatre District. The property is currently 95 percent occupied with 23,881 square feet available for lease. Current tenants include Nucomm Group Inc. and Cafe Crepe, The Printing House, Maureen Ranking Agency and Earth Day Canada.
