Wal-Mart sold in West Point
WEST POINT - Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners has acquired the Wal-Mart store in this Clay
County city. Greenstreet/Niosi purchased the retail outlet through a co-investment partnership arranged by Taurus Investment Holdings.
The Wal-Mart store was built in 1997 and is located in a trade area which Wal-Mart has operated in for 27 years. Wal-Mart occupies the property under a longterm net lease.
Formed by Anthony T. Niosi and Greenstreet Partners, LP, Greenstreet/Niosi and its affiliates maintain offices in
New York and Miami. The company and its affiliates conduct an international real estate investment business, and has relationships with operating partners across a broad spectrum of property sectors including multi-family, office, shopping center and industrial properties.
Taurus is a real estate investment firm headquartered in
Boston, with nine operating affiliates in the
United States, Canada, Europe and China. Founded in 1976 as a real estate advisor to European families and several German and Swiss institutions, the company is owner-operator of both directly managed and joint venture commercial real estate throughout the eastern United States and more recently Canada. Since its inception, Taurus has purchased and sold more than 10 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, residential and hotel assets.
