Whisper Valley

In 2006, Taurus acquired 2,065 acres of land in Austin, Texas to create Whisper Valley, a master planned community that will include 7,500 homes and over 2 million square feet of town center oriented commercial space.
Taurus formed a wholly owned subsidiary, EcoSmart Solution LLC, an innovative new energy delivery system that provides maximum energy efficiency, offering affordable zero-energy capable homes to the market.
The first of its kind infrastructure combines geogrids attached to ground source heat pumps, solar photo voltaic systems and smart home technology in each home.
Since sales commenced in the summer of 2017, Whisper Valley has become one of the top selling master planned communities in the Austin market.
Phase 1 is currently complete and phase 2 construction is underway, expected to be complete the end of 2019 with future phases being designed.
